This subsystem provides correspondence between all subsystems CAD System GRAZIA, realizes automate account of works execution and coordinates all stages of pre-production.
Subsystem allow to manage next processes:
Confection cards
 | Every model consists of primary and auxiliary materials and accessories. It’s possible to order kinds and consumption rate of materials and accessories for each model in this part. Even it may be different consumption rate for various sizes of one model. For example in small size consumes 3 buttons and I big size consumes 4 buttons for model. |
Production plan
 | ÇManager make production plan and order production quantity for models in sizes. |
Information about markers
 | Program gives information about created markers. It’s possible to sort and filter markers by date of creation, by models, by kind of material, by author. |
Information about degree of model availability to launching in manufacture.
 | It’s possible to view what markers for model in all material classes are ready or not. |
Fixing of model’s cost
 | Fixing of model’s value is realized using consumption of materials and accessories and cost of technology production. |
Quantification requirements in materials and accessories.
 | System automatically calculate requirements in materials and accessories to produce definite quantity of goods. |
Cost accounting
 | System helps to account prime cost and selling price using consumption of materials, accessories, production costs and overhead charges. |
Cards of cutting out
 | Cards of cutting out contents information about models, quantity and materials that was cutting out. |
Information about flooring
 | Specialist tools allow to coordinate information about cutting out floorings, material rolls, scraps, remains and another information. |

Subsystem “PLANNING” provides coordination af all subsystems CAD System GRAZIA. Changing in one of subsystems causes automate changing in all others subsystems. This subsystem helps to calculate all production activities.
